Okay, France...As promised, here are some pics from the game. I tried to take them like a "tourist," so you'd get a good view of the stadium. I should have taken more, but everyone was embarrassed by me being like, "Wait! Stop! Hold on!" :)
Anyway, have you ever been to Turner Field? If not, you MUST see it when you come back. It's a really classy, clean stadium. It's nice that it's so accessible and the tickets are pretty cheap (d
epending on where you sit, of course). We were running late, so I missed the major part, but they retired Greg Maddux's jersey at this game. They did a bunch of retrospective videos throughout the games with interviews from players and managers; it was pretty neat. Maddux was at the game, so they also kept showing him on the Jumbotron. He had quite the career! Pretty amazing. We played the Mets that night and won 12-0, so it was a good Braves game -- not close, but good. :)

You may already know this, but the screen is the biggest one in the nation, so you have a great view of the game from anywhere. Also, after every Friday night game, they shoot off fireworks - I tried to get as good a picture as I could of those.
Anyway, I've attached some pics! I put one in there from dinner after Kristy Frese's baby shower, too. There should be some faces you recognize in there!

Hope you enjoy them. I'll look forward to taking you on the tour of the stadium!!!Mel
